Dustinn Keeling
Chairman
Dustinn Keeling has been involved in the Teenage Republicans for three years. He has served as a founding member of Vero Beach TARS, Vice Chairman of Vero Beach TARS, and is the current 2nd Vice Chairman of Hillsborough Teenage Republicans. Dustinn is the Chairman of the Southeastern University College Republicans and is very involved with the Republican Party. He has worked on various state house and local campaigns, as well as the presidential campaign of 2008. He is dedicated and committed to the Republican Party and educating his generation. He is currently a Premed student at Southeastern University and wants to attend medical school before pursuing office.
Jordan Lulich
Vice-Chairman
Jordan Lulich has been involved in the Federation for 3 years. He has served as Executive Director and now as our Youngest Vice Chairman. Jordan is the Chairman of the Vero Beach Teenage Republicans and is very involved with the Republican Party. He has worked on various congressional, state house and local campaigns. Jordan has attended TLC for the past 2 years and served as a Messenger under State Representative Ralph Poppell. Jordan believes in limited Government, Fiscal Responsibility, Lower Taxes, and strong family values.
Evan Schmidt
Treasurer
Evan Schmidt has been involved in Republican politics since the 2004 elections. He joined the Teenage Republicans at the age of thirteen, and has become an active member at both the local level and state level. He has served at the state-level positions of Webmaster, Press Secretary, and interim Secretary. Evan has attended numerous local, state, and national Republican events, including the Florida Republican Presidential Debate in January 2008. He has met with local, state, and national Republican leaders, such as Sen. John McCain (AZ), Sen. Jim DeMint (SC), Fmr. Gov. Mike Huckabee (AR), Fmr. New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani (NY), and U.S. Senate candidate Marco Rubio (FL). In the summer of 2009, Evan was one of two delegates from Florida to attend the National Teenage Republican Conference in Washington, D.C. At this convention, Evan accepted the "Outstanding Website in the Nation" award for the website that he developed for the Vero Beach Teenage Republicans, and the National Teenage Republicans "Rising Star Award" on behalf of his club. Evan believes that the responsibility of Teenage Republicans is to build a strong grassroots campaign among teenagers. "This year, it is especially important for our organization to get teenagers involved in the political process," he said. "The 2010 midterm elections have the potential to send representatives to Washington who actually represent the beliefs of the American people."
Amanda Robbins
Secretary
Amanda Robbins is lives in Central Florida, as a sophomore attending Vero Beach High School. She has had an interest in politics at a very young age, since the 2004 elections. She began to be active after helping to start Vero Beach Teenage Republicans in 2008; going from Executive Director, Co-Treasurer, and currently Vice Chair. In April of 2009 she was voted in as Secretary from the board and re-elected later that year during the State Convention. Amanda has met many important political leaders such as McColumn, Charlie Crist, Marco Rubio, and even Sarah Palin. She is also enjoys taking pictures for the club at various events.
Devon Parke
Communications Director
Devon Parke has been a chartered member of TeenAge Republicans for 5 months. She has served as a founding member of Hillsborough County TARS, where she currently serves as chairwoman. Devon is a member of the Hillsborough County Republican Executive Committee and is very involved with the Republican Party. She has worked on various local, county, district, state and national elections since 2000. She recently became the fall intern for U.S. Congressman Gus Bilirakis and is part of the Youth for Jeff Atwater Leadership Team. She is very dedicated and loves working in the Republican Party! She is currently a college freshman and plans to transfer to Florida State University with a major in...guess what?!! Political Science! She is very excited to serve as Communications Director.
Connor Larkin
Political Director
Connor Larkin has been involved in Republican politics for the past 3 years. He started working on Republican campaigns at the age of thirteen during the local, state, and national elections in 2008. This provided a solid foundation for his political career and helped him begin to develop the skills needed to succeed in this type of work. Since then, Connor has maintained close ties with his elected politicians by developing longstanding relationships with his local representative and senator as well as his national congressman. Over the last two years, he has used these connections to gain valuable experience in state politics by working on campaigns during election season and landing a job as an intern for Rep. Mike Weinstein in the Florida Legislature. In addition to this, Connor also served a ten month internship for U.S. Congressman John Mica in his St. Augustine office. This job involved utilizing his public speaking and writing skills to both address complaints of the local constituency and communicate both oral and written messages with some of Northeast Florida’s most influential leaders. He has put this experience to work for local Republican groups by serving in leadership roles in the South Jacksonville Republicans Club and the NW. St. Johns County Republicans Club. As a TAR member Connor is the chairman of his local club at Bartram Trail, which is one of the largest in the state, and currently holds the office of Political Director on the state level. Connor believes that the values held by the Republican Party are essential to the wellbeing of America and as the next generation it is our responsibility to take action regarding the political direction of our nation.
Wesley Davis
Chief of Staff
This is Wesley’s first year getting involved with the Federation. He was born and raised in Vero Beach Florida. His family has always been involved with local republican politics. President of his senior class at Sebastian River High School and also President of his school’s Student Council. Wesley’s goal is to start a TAR club for his school. Wesley attended the State Convention in Jacksonville and the National Convention in Washington D.C. Wesley is full of ambition and ready to educate the next generation on how to be a conservative Republican.
Ryan Jensen
Membership Director
Ryan Jensen was born and raised in Florida with a mainly independent family, his father being a Norwegian immigrant and his mother a New Jersey native. Although not thrust by his family into the political affairs of the nation, Ryan from the age of twelve began to come home and turn on the TV not to watch cartoons, but instead to Fox News and the like. From this point on, Ryan's interest in business and politics, fueled by the Republican values he now holds dear, led him to his current plans to major in Political Science and to subsequently attend law school to become a Corporate Lawyer. Raised in a Catholic family, Ryan volunteers his time through his youth group among other means, finds creative expression through playing his saxophone and stands as one of only two Juniors in his class to have achieved the distinction of AP Scholar. Ryan is currently the Chairman of the Indian River County TeenAge Republicans, as well as the Membership Director for the FFTARS.
John Clark
South Florida Director
John Clark is a co-founder and the Chairman of the Palm Beach County Teenage Republicans, and is the Youth Outreach coordinator for the Boca Raton Republican club. He serves as the FFTARS South Florida Director, and is responsible for promoting the FFTARS in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami Dade Counties. John has volunteered for the John McCain and Allen West campaigns, and most recently implemented a petition drive in which the Allen West campaign processed over 9000 petitions. He has spoken at a variety of events including Memorial Day Ceremonies in Palm Beach County, an Allen West rally, and Tea Parties in Palm Beach County. This past February, he was sponsored by the Conservative Direct Mail Fundraiser Base Connect , to attend the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington DC. John is an Honors and AP Student, plays Varsity football , and has been active in his Schools DECA Chapter, and the Civil Air Patrol where he holds the rank of Senior Master Sergeant.
Fulton Lewis

Fulton Lewis was literally born in the lap of American politics! A native of our nation’s capital, he is the son of the network news commentator Fulton Lewis, Jr. – a pioneer in broadcasting and a household name from the mid-1930’s until his death in 1966. The younger Fulton attended the University of Virginia. His own broadcasting career started as News Director of a small station in Jamestown, NY. He returned to Washington to serve as Research Director of the House Committee on Internal Security of the U.S. Congress where he produced, directed and narrated its controversial motion picture documentary “Operation Abolition” (with a script written by FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover). Fulton left the Committee to embark on a nationwide lecture/debate tour primarily in defense of the film. He appeared on nearly 800 college campuses and before hundreds of civic and political organizations. Active in conservative politics, Fulton was National Field Director of Young Americans for Freedom (founded by William F. Buckley, Jr.) and a founder of the national TeenAge Republicans (TARS). In 1964, he was a speechwriter in the unsuccessful presidential campaign of Barry Goldwater. Two years later, upon the death of his father, Fulton took over the nightly news commentaries aired on more than 600 radio stations with an audience of over 10 million listeners. Fulton’s broadcasting career took him to world hot spots like Vietnam (4 tours), Cambodia, Laos, Israel (1967 “7-Day War” and 2 other visits), Rhodesia, Biafra/Nigeria, South Africa, and Northern Ireland – to name only a few. He interviewed numerous world leaders including five U.S. presidents. His debate opponents have included the late Norman Thomas and Michael Harrington of the Socialist Party, Gus Hall of the Communist Party, and numerous leaders of liberal organizations such as the ACLU, ADA, and the Democratic Party. Since his retirement from broadcasting in 1981, Fulton owns and actively manages a computer services business in Bradenton, Florida where he resides. He remains active in politics as a consultant to candidates, and as a lecturer and debater.
Jacob Engels
Immediate Past Chairman
Jacob Engels is a conservative republican who lives in Central Florida. He served as Chairman of the Florida Federation of Teenage Republicans from May 2009 until June 2010. Currently he attends Timber Creek High School. In 2008, he was elected Chairman of the Timber Creek TeenAge Republicans, and Treasurer of the Florida Federation of TeenAge Republicans. In early 2009, Jacob addressed a crowd of over 6,000 at the Orlando Tea Party. He has appeared on numerous radio talk shows and even on national television as a "TeenAge Republican".
